Our Technical Services Division comprises the following roles:
- Field Service
- Customer Contact Respons
- Parts Centre
Our field based engineering personnel work throughout Western Australia. They are split into the following geographic areas.
- Area 1 Within 50Km CBD
- Area 2 Within 100Km CBD
- Area 3 Within 200Km CBD
- Area 4 Excess of 200Km CBD
Our Field Service objectives are:
- 86% of all calls responded to within 4 hours
- 100% of all calls responded to within 8 hours
- A first time fix rate for 80% of all calls
We attempt to answer all customer calls in less than 30 seconds; however we provide a fully proactive monitored answering service. Our business hours are 10am-5pm. We continually measure our performance standards as well as the frequency and nature of calls received.
Each technician carries a complimentary stock of spare parts. If a field technician does not have a particular part, we can dispatch it to ensure it is with the customer as soon as possible.
